With our Fly In Get Fit program, Griffen will pay your airfare, up to $300, to bring you to our headquarters in Dallas, TX for a personal consultation and fitting. We will greet you at the airport and drive you back when we are done.  And if time allows, we would love to take you to lunch or take you on a tour of the factory.

Tony  is the owner of Griffen U.S.A. and is committed to having every Griffen bicycle on the road a perfect fit. Griffen has a customer satisfaction fit guarantee in addition to our regular lifetime warranty on all frames we manufacture. If we make you a bike and you don't like the fit, we will make you another, period.

Our Dynamic fit is a process that fits you individually on a Griffen bike while pedaling, with expert advise on what makes you pedal more efficiently, without pain, in the aero or road position. Unlike static fitting, which uses formulas that apply to everyone and usually do not work,as everyone's body is slightly different. This is especially true with women. with very short upper body's and all time trial riders using the aero position, which requires a specific top tube length to make that position comfortable and powerful. This is unavailable in molded carbon fibre bikes.

We don't want to sell you what is in stock. We have the factory right here and want to make you the bike that will fit you perfectly. There is absolutely no extra charge for this service. High performance Road, Triathlon, and Time Trial riding is hard enough. You should be comfortable, powerful, and having fun. Let us help you with a lifetime of riding enjoyment.

We also have our own paint facility, using PPG global paint. The highest quality paint available, for custom car, motorcycle, and bicycle painting. We can custom paint your bike the way you want it.

In our effort to help up and coming young riders enjoy the benefits of road and triathlon racing, and or just high performance riding with their families. Griffen bicycles has instituted this new program to encourage families and athletes of all young ages that are at least 4’ 11” to be able to enjoy riding a high performance bicycle without the worry of growing out of the size and having to buy another new bike. Here is how our program works.

Buy a new Griffen bicycle from your local dealer.

If and when the dealer deems the bike is too small for the rider, Griffen will ship a new frame in the correct size at no charge to the dealer. The athlete or parents will pay the dealer to switch the parts from the old frame to the new one and the dealer will return the old frame to Griffen.

This process can be done more than once, whenever the authorized dealer determines the bike is too small, as we always want the bike to fit properly.

The replacement frame will always be a new or newly painted and refurbished frame with a lifetime warranty. Griffen’s Metal Matrix material with no fatigue life always assures the rider of getting a perfect and great riding frame on each exchange.

This program is available to Jr. riders only and is exercisable as long as the rider is growing.

All parts other than the frame will fall under the warranty of each manufacturer component and Griffen will not be responsible for the replacement of worn or defective parts other than the frame.

This program can be used for any B4C frame or bike Griffen makes.

All participants must register with Griffen at the time of first purchase.

This program is non transferable to other parties.

Hopefully this program will encourage riders and parents to ride a better fitting and riding bike from the start, without the worry of having to buy a new bike every season as their children grow.
